CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dcfa : March 27, 1973 <br />Time : 8:08 P.M. <br />PIQCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Under No. 1 - the matter, if denied <br />by staff, can be referred to Commis- <br />sion and then to City Council for <br />appeal, if it comes to that. <br />No. 2 - Commissioner McLain suggested <br />changing the wording from "occupant" <br />to "member of the family". Discussion <br />followed. <br />os . 3 and 4 - acceptable as submittec <br />No. 5 - Chairman Pons did not wish th~ <br />use of the garage to be modified in ~, <br />the pursuit of a home occupation. <br />Under No. 6 - remove "except for a <br />name plate in accord with the provis- <br />ions of Sec. 2-9.4.1 (Signs in A or R <br />Districts) ". <br />Nos. 7, 8, 9, 10 - okay. <br />No. 11 - alter to show "no deliveries <br />or pickups of supplies , commodities , <br />stock or equipment shall be made to <br />the residence in connection with a <br />Home Occupation." <br />Nos. 12, 13, 14 - okay. <br />The Commissioners were in agreement <br />that the guidelines appeared accept- <br />ab le . <br />The Commissioners next directed their <br />attention to the conditions of the <br />existing Home Occupation ordinance. <br />Commissioner Pereira had concerns <br />about Item (i) He felt that if then <br />are complaints, that would be suffic- <br />ient grounds for revocation of the <br />permit. Mr. Harris thought this coul <br />be made a part of the approval given <br />-9- <br /> <br />
