No one was present to repre- <br />sent AVCO. <br />Commissioner Pereira wished to confir <br />from Mr. Trammell that AVCO Community <br />Developers, Inc., is totally familiar <br />with the requirements and conditions <br />imposed on the Falender P.U.D. Com- <br />missioner Pereira wished to have Item <br />(C) of AVCO's letter dated March 14, <br />1973, made a part of the original <br />P.U.D. file for Falender. <br />Mr. Trammell indicated that the re- <br />sponsibility for the P.U.D. has not <br />been relinquished by Falender. They <br />are remaining on the bond and on the <br />recorded map. They are only selling <br />off to AVCO the lots which they obtai <br />permits for. The operation and main- <br />tenance of the cabana facility will <br />remain with Falender as well. <br />A motion was offered by Commissioner ~ <br />Pereira approving the application as <br />submitted, with the notation that the <br />letter from AVCO Community Developers <br />Inc., be made a part of the permanent <br />P.U.D. file for Falender. This was <br />,seconded by Commissioner Carrigan and <br />unanimously approved. <br />Approved <br />Guidelines for Home Occupations - The <br />Commissioners determined, before they <br />began the study on the guidelines, <br />that they would not want anyone in <br />the audience to offer any statements <br />and opinions .
