S. Department of <br />griculture and California Nursery, <br />egarding regulation size of height <br />nd girth of various types of trees. <br />e indicated that if Commission <br />fished, he would be happy to bring <br />he information in for their review. <br />e was against granting this request. <br />t was explained to Mr. Myers that <br />his condition concerning landscaping <br />s a standard condition imposed by <br />he Commission. <br />ccordingly, a motion was offered by <br />ommissioner Wood, seconded by Com- <br />issioner McLain, denying the request <br />f Mr. Myers to alter the approved <br />andscaping plan to allow shrubs and <br />rees of lesser size. <br />Approved Request of AVCO Community Developers <br />for change in elevations for Falender <br />Homes' Oakwood Subdivision. <br />Senior Planner Harris explained the <br />changes that were submitted. Falen- <br />der Homes has entered into an arrange <br />ment with AVCO Community Developers <br />wherein they intend to purchase sev- <br />eral home sites for development as <br />sewer permits become available. They <br />intend to use four separate floor <br />plans. Three are identical to Fal- <br />ender's, while the fourth will be <br />modified to allow two stories. There <br />will be slight exterior elevation <br />modification.
