M. <br /> FIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />St. John Street around the back of <br />his property and through an easement <br />immediately west of the bank's pro- <br />perty. <br />Mr. Davidson's design plan is two <br />parking spaces short, however, the <br />City has a letter on file from Mr. <br />Warren Harding, President of the <br />First National Bank next door to <br />Mr. Davidson, indicating permission <br />for Mr. Davidson to utilize two spa <br />of a parking area the bank intends <br />construct on the additional parcel <br />they intend to purchase. <br />Some discussion followed regarding <br />the layout of the parking lot for <br />greatest ease in maneuverability. <br />Also, regarding placement of planter: <br />similar to those in front of the ban} <br />next door, Mr. Bras indicated this w< <br />not possible since their building doe <br />not sit back as far as the bank, but <br />perhaps they could plant flower boxes <br />flush with the building. <br />One other requirement the Commissions <br />wanted to see was a uniform signing <br />program for the entire building. <br />In addition, regarding Condition 12, <br />there is a problem of placement of <br />street trees because of the canopy. <br />Discussion followed on the designing <br />of the site plan. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Commissioner Carrigan then recommends <br />that the Commission go over the list <br />of conditions and the following con- <br />clusions were reached: <br />Conditions 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 <br />14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 - approved as <br />written. <br />-2- <br />s <br />kd <br />
