Jack Bras for Phil Davidson - <br />application for site plan and archi- <br />tectural approval to construct an <br />office building to be located at <br />739 Main Street, Pleasanton, in a <br />C-C (Community Commercial) District. <br />Secretary Castro told the Commission <br />that this. development, being .within <br />the central business district, the <br />usual parking district requirement <br />would need to be added to the list <br />of conditions. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Jack Bras was present for the <br />applicant. He indicated that the <br />parcel is currently under one owner- <br />ship. This will be split into three <br />parcels. The center parcel will be <br />for the proposal under discussion, <br />one portion will be for further ex- <br />pansion of First National Bank and <br />the third will go to expansion of <br />Mac's Wagon Wheel. .Ingress for <br />Mr. Davidson's parcel will be from <br />Main Street and egress will be onto <br />Resolutioi <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />z <br />~.X <br />K <br />f <br />t <br />h <br />
