Juhl, DDS - application to rezone Motion: <br />RZ-73-3, Continued to from the A (Agricultural) District to the Seconded: <br />next meeting. 0 (Office) District approximately six acres Ayes: <br />of vacant land located at the southwest (Noes: <br />.corner of Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road, Absent: <br />iPleasanton. <br />At the request of the applicant, who submitte <br />a letter to that effect, a continuance was <br />granted to this application to the next regul r <br />meeting. j <br />A motion was offered and adopted continuing <br />this application. <br />P.U.D. SITE PLAN Valley Realty - preliminary plan review of a <br />REVIEW P.U.D. located at the northwest corner of <br />Z-73-29, Approved, Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton <br />Res. No. 1240 <br />Acting Secretary Harris informed the Commiss- <br />ion that he received a telephone call from <br />Mr. Vic Lund, speaking for the Chamber of <br />Commerce Downtown Committee. They are very <br />interested in this application and since no <br />one could be present representing them that <br />evening, he requested a continuance of the <br />case. <br />,The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Jack Bras, representing Valley Realty, <br />was present. He presented a site plan of <br />the proposal, and reiterated the history of <br />this application. <br />He then directed his comments to the staff <br />.report.
