P.U.D. SITE PLAN Valley Realty - preliminary plan review of a REVIEW P.U.D. located at the northwest corner of Z-73-29, Approved, Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton Res. No. 1240 Acting Secretary Harris informed the Commiss- ion that he received a telephone call from Mr. Vic Lund, speaking for the Chamber of Commerce Downtown Committee. They are very interested in this application and since no one could be present representing them that evening, he requested a continuance of the case. ,The Public Hearing was opened. Mr. Jack Bras, representing Valley Realty, was present. He presented a site plan of the proposal, and reiterated the history of this application. He then directed his comments to the staff .report.
