M. <br />f~IOC@; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Garrigan, McLain, <br />Pereira and Wood. <br />Commissioners Present: Chairman Pons. <br />Commissioner Pereira assumed the Chair for <br />;the meeting. <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag followed <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconde <br />by Commissioner McLain, and carried, the <br />minutes of April 24 and May 8, 1973, were <br />approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND DD - 7d. Conditional Use Permit for the <br />OMISSIONS TO THE Larwin-Northern California model home comple <br />AGENDA <br />STUDY DISTRICT Application of the Planning Commission to <br />RZ-73-2, Cont. for continue in the Study District that property <br />8 months. known as Parcel 941-1302-2-19 owned by <br />Qualified Investments, Inc. <br />The staff is requesting that the matter be <br />continued for 120 days. However, City <br />Attorney Ken Scheidig told the Commission <br />that under State Law, amended two years ago, <br />the method to be used to continue Study <br />Districts, is to continue it in increments <br />of four-eight-12 months. Since one previous <br />continuance of 120 days had been enacted, <br />the next continuance would have to be for <br />eight months.
