No one had <br />than noted in the <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />A resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Wood and <br />carried, approving this application with the <br />conditions noted in the staff report, with <br />the following modifications: <br />419 - remove word "vents" and add word <br />"reasonably" in place of word "completely" <br />in third line of this condition. <br />~~20 - add phrase, "in a normal environment." <br />~~23 - addition of ramps and the elimination <br />of certain sidewalk areas leading to the <br />parking lot, said areas noted on the plan <br />marked Exhibit A, initiated by the Chairman <br />a nd filed with the Pla nning Division. <br />Edna Dobbel - application for a variance to <br />allow the construction of an eight-unit apart <br />ment building with a two-vehicle carport <br />located on the rear property line, and desigi <br />review fora proposed eight-unit apartment <br />building to be located on the southwest <br />corner of Tawny Drive and Norton Way - zoning <br />for the property being RM-1500. <br />The City Attorney had been asked to review <br />this matter and give an opinion as to whethe <br />the Planning Commission, sitting as a Design <br />Review Board, could deny this application on <br />the basis of lack of sewer capacity.
