He requested a favorable <br />recommendation. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />RZ:73-10, Continued to <br />August 8, 1973 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />RZ-73-9, Continued to <br />August 8, 1973 <br />A resolution was offered, carried and adop <br />approving the variance as petitioned. <br />Another resolution was offered, carried and <br />adopted approving the design plans for this <br />apartment complex with staff conditions and <br />modifications in said conditions as noted in' <br />Resolution 1246. <br />;'Application of the Planning Commission to <br />amend Sec. 2-9.40, Article 18, Chapter 2, <br />'Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton to require temporary signs <br />concerning events of an emergency, patriotic, <br />religious or civic na ture to be removed withi <br />seven (7) days of the event to which they <br />pertain, and to prohibit the posting of po- <br />litical signs on public property. <br />Since Commissioner Carrigan had initiated <br />this requested change and could not be <br />present at the meeting that evening, it was <br />felt that the hearing should be postponed <br />to the next meeting. <br />Accordingly, a motion was entered and adop <br />continuing this hearing. <br />Application of the Planning Commission to <br />amend Sec. 2-5.35 and 2-5.37, Article 3, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton to require a minimum <br />23 ft. front setback for single family resid <br />ces and a minimum 20 ft. front setback for <br />multiple residences. <br />\\ <br /> <br />-3- <br />
