M. <br />PIQ C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />ZONING PERMIT SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL <br />Z-73-31, Approved, <br />Res. 1244 <br />~ o\\ <br />~~`0~~`~\°\\ <br />~ m\\\ <br />\\\ <br />Commissioners Present: Pereira, Wood and <br />Chairman Pons. <br />Commissioners Absent: Garrigan and McLain. <br />Senior Planner Bob Harris took the meeting. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />followed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, second <br />by Commissioner Wood, the minutes of the <br />June 13, 1973 meeting were approved as sub- <br />mitted. <br />Edward Schlies/Donald Clemetson - applicatio <br />for site plan, landscaping and architectural <br />review to allow the construction of a 30,000 <br />sq.ft. two-story medical/dental building <br />on property located on the northeast corner <br />of Mohr Avenue and Santa Rita Road, said <br />property zoned 0 (Office) District, Pleasant <br />Senior Planner Bob Harris indicated that he <br />had covered all pertinent information in a <br />previous staff report that went before the <br />(Planning Commission on June 13, 1973. <br />,The applicant, Dr. Schlies and his designer, <br />Mr. Michael O'Hearn from the civil engineerir <br />firm of Charles Posten in San Jose, were <br />both present. Mr. O'Hearn spoke to this <br />a pplication and told the Commission that the} <br />had difficulties with Conditions 19, 20 and <br />23. Some discussion ensued regarding the <br />site plans and Chairman Pons stated that for <br />the benefit of the audience who may not be <br />able to hear the discussion, they had agreed, <br />to eliminate some sidewalks leading to the <br />parking lot and substituting ramps. ~ <br />i <br />Resolution: !.
