'Abstain: <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Larry Bartleson of the engineering firm <br />of MacKay & Somps, wished to know what the <br />change in the minimum front setback would do <br />to the approved recorded maps. Secretary <br />Castro stated that recorded maps would not <br />be affected. <br />No further comments were forthcoming and they <br />Public Hearing was closed. ', <br />A resolution was entered and adopted approv- <br />ing this amendment with one change from the <br />draft presented by the City Attorney; that <br />where garages, carports are entered parallel <br />from the street from which it has access, the <br />front yard for the garage or carport may be <br />15 feet. <br />At this point, Secretary Castro asked that <br />Item 6b - Establishment of an ordinance <br />governing off-street parking facilities and <br />their funding, be heard. <br />,Application for an ordinance amendment to <br />i,Article 16 (Off-Street Parking Facilities), <br />~!
