Mr. Larry Bartleson of the engineering firm of MacKay & Somps, wished to know what the change in the minimum front setback would do to the approved recorded maps. Secretary Castro stated that recorded maps would not be affected. No further comments were forthcoming and they Public Hearing was closed. ', A resolution was entered and adopted approv- ing this amendment with one change from the draft presented by the City Attorney; that where garages, carports are entered parallel from the street from which it has access, the front yard for the garage or carport may be 15 feet.
