This deci <br />sion was put in the form of a motion and <br />was unanimously adopted. <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Application of the Planning Commission to <br />RZ-73-13, Approved, amend Sec. 2-5.41, Chapter 2, Title II of the <br />Res. 1254 :Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />relating to structural projections into the <br />;side yards. <br />City Attorney Scheidig explained the draft <br />ordinance being proposed. <br />The Public Hearing was opened - no comments <br />were made - the Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval subject <br />the wording noted in the draft, was entered <br />and adopted. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded; <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Xi <br />iX ' I <br />X X X~X~X, <br />~~ ~ !
