M. <br />PIQ Cep Pleasanton Justice Court <br />\\ <br />\\\\\\ <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />RZ-73-12, Approved, <br />Res. 1255 <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Application of the Planning Commission to <br />amend Article 5 (R-1 One Family Residential <br />Districts); Article 6 (RM Multi-Family <br />Residential Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br />Title II (Zoning and Development), of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />relating to Prohibited Uses. <br />This amendment will, among other things <br />prohibit the use of barbed wire in resident <br />zones subject to certain limitations. <br />City Attorney Ken Scheidig explained the <br />amendments being proposed, which did incor- <br />porate some of the recommendations made by <br />Commission members. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. No comments <br />were forthcoming from the audience.
