No changes in the operational <br />setup is anticipated. <br />A resolution was then offered by Commissione <br />Garrigan, seoonded by Commissioner Wood, and <br />carried, approving the conditional use permi <br />with the same conditions which were applied <br />to the previous owner, including two addi- <br />tional ones: <br />1 - That the applicant not conduct any <br />professional consultant or counseling work <br />a t said location. <br />2 - That the conditional use permit shall ru~ <br />!,with the applicant and be valid until June 2 <br />'1978. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />UP-73-7, Approved, <br />Res. 1257 <br />'Ronald Martin - application for a conditiona <br />use permit to allow the keeping of a sparrow <br />hawk at his place of residence at 2778 <br />Longspur Way, Pleasanton, zoning for the <br />property being R-1-6500 (Single Family) <br />District. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />The young man, who made the application, was <br />present and explained to the Commissioners <br />the manner in which he intended to keep the <br />sparrow hawk, how he planned to train it, <br />what its habits were and the manner in which <br />~he intended to make sure it dfd not become <br />a nuisance to other property owners. <br />~He does not yet have the bird and was waitin <br />'for approval from the City before acquiring <br />~it.
