Bass - application <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a preschool and kindergarten in <br />an RM-1500 (Multiple) District, said use to <br />be located at 883 Rose Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />Chairman Pereira stated that this matter was <br />continued public hearing pursuant to the <br />Commissioners getting an opportunity to meet <br />,the applicants personally. <br />Mr, and Mrs. Bass were present at the hearing <br />that evening, and prior to the meeting, had <br />contacted the members of the Commission to <br />speak to them about the operation he intends <br />to conduct. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Chairman Pereira summarized the history of <br />the conditional use permit granted to the <br />original operators of the nursery school - <br />Mr. and Mrs. Grossman. <br />~\\>; <br />~'~ <br />i i i <br />Resolution: X <br />,Seconded: I !
