Commissioner Garrigan left the meet- ing at this point - 8:55 P.M., due to illness. Ronald and Roanne Hobizal - appli- cation for a conditional use permit to operate a day care facility for three children, at that property commonly known as 4486 Bacon Court, Pleasanton; zoning for the property being R-1-6500 (Single Family) Dis- trict. The Commissioners determined from th staff that the usual letters to surrounding property owners were mailed, and no response was received by the department. The Public Hearing was opened. The applicant was not present. There did not appear to be any pro- blems with this application, and since no one had any further ques- tions, the Public Hearing was closed.
