They <br />intend to continue with the meadow <br />feeling after the high place and <br />provide an area for the older youths. <br />A small group picnic and play area <br />is also proposed for this section. <br />Security lighting will be provided <br />at night. <br />The north end is heavily screened. <br />Irrigation already exists here. <br />There will also be a heavy growth <br />of trees to the northwest. <br />Commissioner McLain asked if the sa <br />problem exists with elevation. The <br />answer was no.
