M. <br />Plaaej Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Acting Chairman Wood noted that the <br />does not appear to be any formal <br />entrance to the park and talked <br />about traffic safety for kids since <br />Payne Road does dead-end in a semi <br />cul-de-sac on the south side. <br />Commissioner McLain commented on the <br />possible problem to the Police <br />Department of the berm at the <br />western end which is about five <br />feet higher-than the dwellings <br />around. He suggested getting the <br />mound down and increase the height <br />of the landscape up against the <br />fence, possibly adding secondary wir <br />fencing which would not be visible. <br />Mr. Dutchover then stated that at <br />today's prices, development of this <br />park would run approximately $335,00 . <br />A motion was then entered and adopte <br />approving this park master design. <br />Hansen Park - Mr. Dutchover indicat <br />that he had met with the homeowners <br />who were pleased with the proposal. <br />Of the 6.4 acre site, 4 acres are <br />now developed. He gave a total <br />estimate figure of $156,000. <br />Mr. Brooks of Lampman and Associates <br />stated that this site is directly <br />adjacent to the school site. He <br />checked with the School District, <br />regarding their plans.
