M. <br />R~GCeS Pleasanton Justice Court <br />REFERRALS FROM <br />PARKS AND <br />RECREATION <br />COMMISSION <br />Approved. <br />and Condition #27 (new condition) <br />that any permits required by the EPA <br />or State or Federal agencies neces- <br />sary for development be obtained <br />prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />Review of master plans for Hansen <br />Park, Val Vista Park and Century <br />Park . <br />Mr. Al Dutchover, Park and Landscape <br />Designer for the City made the pre- <br />sentations, sided by their consult- <br />ants, Lampman & Associates. <br />Mr. Dutchover indicated that these <br />presentations were made the evening <br />before to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />A meeting had been called and all <br />homeowners associations in the <br />affected areas were notified to have <br />representatives or interested resi- <br />dents present to give their input <br />before the City staff worked on the <br />master plans. Also, the news media <br />was utilized in making residents awa <br />of these proposals. <br />The next step after Commissions <br />review would be to present these <br />plans to the City Council. After <br />their approval, final plans will be <br />worked up. A brochure will be <br />printed up with information on the <br />theme, map of park, copy of master <br />plan and renderings. Also included <br />will be a cost estimate, using <br />today's figures.
