M.
PIGC9; Pleasanton Justice Court
property would not end up with fence
only 4-1/2 feet high.
Mr. Sooby said that the City could
have the six foot fence to start fro
the new grade of the property, even
though it may mean 7 feet on the
adjoining property.
Commissioner Pons felt something
should be said for buffering of
single family areas from commercial
areas, that Condition No. 1 should
remain as written. He further
stated that when this matter was
reviewed several years ago, he had
recommended denial of commercial
being allowed on the property.
Acting Chairman Wood concurred that
Condition No. 1 should remain.
Commissioner McLain felt that tilt-
up walls, if done aesthetically,
could be just as effective or better
than block wall. Regarding Condi-
tions #18 and #23, he felt they
should be retained.
Mr. Bras asked Mr. Sooby regarding
Condition #20 calling for provision
of a fire hydrant on Valley Avenue,
whether there was a water line to ti
into. Mr. Sooby replied that the
water line is in across the street
the full length of the Amador Center,
on Valley Avenue. Mr. Bras stated
that they would be willing to
provide this if the City can accom-
modate them.
A resolution was then entered and
adopted approving the final develop-
ment plans with all conditions noted
Condition #20 - add "at start of
construction" after "provided,"
-4-
\~\\
~,\\
\\\\
I
j
9
j
y
