This should be modified to <br />indicate that Pleasanton's emergency <br />plan should be in conformance with <br />the Alameda County Regional Plan for <br />Disaster coordinated through the <br />Sheriff's Department. <br />Page 12 - should have a clear defini- <br />tion of "landslides." He cited <br />different applicable definitions of <br />the word and that staff would be <br />hardpressed to find any area in this <br />state, not perfectly flat, which was <br />not an ancient scarp of a landslide. <br />The Chairman concluded his comments <br />with the expectation that this <br />element be written in a general vein <br />rather than making specific reference <br />as to what is considered a landslide <br />area. <br />Some discussion followed. <br />A resolution was entered and adopted <br />approving this element with the <br />changes: <br />Page 12 - should have clear defini- <br />tion of the word "landslide." <br />Page 15 - Paragraph 1 eliminate last <br />two sentences. <br />-20- <br />~a~~a <br />
