The CAC felt this land <br />should never be utilized for <br />sprinklering of sewage effluent. <br />Mr. Harris explained that this land <br />is currently zoned agricultural and <br />staff did not change the wording, <br />preferring not to restrict the City <br />to such an extent. Mr. Andrews ex- <br />plained that the vote taken on this <br />position was a majority one. Mr. <br />Joe Madden, a member of the CAC indi- <br />cated that he was present when this <br />vote was adopted; it was a 9 to 3 <br />vote, he being among the 3 who did nc <br />vote for it. <br />The Commission thanked Mr. Andrews an <br />the Citizens Advisory Committee mem- <br />bers who participated on this review, <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Pereira offered a motion, <br />seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, <br />requesting that E.
