PIQ~e' Pleasanton Justice Court Commissioner McLain agreed with Mr. i Gale's last comment and felt some wording should be inserted on the .map to explain that area could be considered for limited development. The City Attorney also referred to a hillside ordinance he intends to establish, which could allow some development in this area. It was the consensus of feeling amon the Commissioners that wording shoul be inserted on the plan map to indi- cate that limited development could be permitted in the areas along Foot hill Road, in accordance with public health and safety requirements. Mr. Harris told the Commissioners that this wording would be coordinat into the Open Space and Conservation Element. 'A motion was entered by Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner ,McLain and carried, that some jwording be inserted in the land use ;map that limited development could Abe considered along Foothill Road's ~~ihill area in accordance with public jhealth and safety requirements. Chairman Pereira felt that the City should check to determine if there i an agreement between Walter Johnson and the City for some density transf in exchange for the park land donate to the City. Mr. Scheidig indicated he would do this . Mr. Tom Andrews representing the Citizens Advisory Committee spoke.
