Also to be <br />;added will be another pool at the <br />swim center, a tot lot, group picnic <br />.areas to remain, and additional <br />',children's play area. The large open <br />areas will remain as such to be <br />'utilized for soccer, etc. <br />Chairman Pereira commented that <br />although the Youth Sports Park offers <br />;many sports fields, there is still <br />'insufficient practice fields for <br />(Little League and/or soccer. He <br />would like to see two or three open <br />spaces reserved for that purpose. <br />Mr. Dutchover stated that, while not <br />shown, the open turfed areas will be <br />practice fields for youth soccer and <br />Little League baseball. <br />Mr. Dutchover explained that the turf <br />would be the first thing done; later <br />on, trees will be planted and walk- <br />ways put in. <br />The community center, while still in <br />the plans , will be scaled down but <br />will contain amphitheater and multi- <br />use area.
