The staff indicated they would check into this and if it is needed, the inspection would be made. No one spoke in opposition to this application, and the Public Hearing was closed. A resolution was entered and adopted approving this application subject to the conditions in the staff report changing No. 2 to show the permit is in the name of the appli- cant, and that the applicant provide the City with a copy of the authori- zation and/or license number issued to her from the Welfare Department. Senior Planner Harris reminded the Commission of the joint meeting with~~ Alameda County Planning Commission I, the following evening, the reason ' being to establish better communica- tion between the two boards. Presentation by Park and Landscape Designer Al Dutchover of Revised Master Plan for Amador Park. Mr. Dutchover gave each of the Commissioners a copy of the old master plan for this park. The primary changes will be the addition of the cultural arts center and tem- porary building to be used as a youth center.
