Senior Planner
Harris told them that Mrs. Akins had
advised the City that she had re-
ceived permission from the Welfare
Department. Also, the usual letters
to surrounding property owners were
sent out.
The Public Hearing was opened.
Mrs. Akins was present. She had
nothing to add to the staff report, II
and was in agreement with it. She
indicated she had applied through
the Welfare Department and until shed
' receives clearance from the City,
she is carrying a temporary license
' number.
Commissioner Garrigan suggested that
the permanent license number be
given to the City for their infor-
mation and completion of records on
this case.
-2-
I
Resolution
Seconded: ,
Ayes : ~X'
Noes
Absent: j
Abstain:
\\
~\\~\
~»»~
I
X
X
XX X X
