Again, on Page 29, the <br />Chairman ascertained from staff that <br />the letter of commendation for the <br />CAC members would be sent. Mr. <br />,Harris assured him this would be <br />'done . <br />,December 12, 1973 - Page 7, Para- <br />graph 6 - Chairman Pereira wished <br />to know whether the City Attorney <br />had had an opportunity to verify if <br />there is in fact an agreement be- <br />tween the City and Mr. Walter Johnsor. <br />for some density transfer for deve- <br />lopment of land he owns in exchange <br />for the park land donated to the City <br />A motion was entered by Chairman <br />Pereira, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wood and carried, approving the <br />minutes of November 21, 1973, with <br />the amendment noted for Page 27, <br />and that the letter of commendation <br />referred to on Page 29 be written; <br />and that the minutes of December 12, <br />1973, be approved, with the under- <br />standing that City Attorney Ken <br />Scheidig will verify if there is <br />\\ <br />»» <br />
