~'" CIT'Y of PLEASANTON <br />Plan~ning Commission <br />M,NtfTR~ ~Of REGUi_AR M~ETIN4. <br />Date February 13 , 1974 <br />Tlm~ ~ 8:05 P.M. <br />P~a~Q~ Pleasanton Justice Court <br />(Chairman Pereira opened the Public <br />Hearing on this matter. <br />Mr. Hadley was present and acknow- <br />Iledged receipt of the staff report. <br />He informed the Commission that he <br />~iwould be doing Volkswagon repair <br />and that there will be no body work <br />'or dismantling of autos, but mainly <br />engine repair. Mr. Hadley submitted <br />a list of conditions that he is <br />willing to comply with, along with <br />a letter dated January 15, 1974 with <br />signatures of nine of his neighbors <br />stating that they have no objections <br />to his conducting this type of <br />activity. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />!Commissioner Carrigan complimented <br />the applicant for providing a list <br />of conditions by which he is willing <br />to abide. <br />The Commission then discussed the <br />restrictions they felt should be <br />placed on this permit, should it <br />be approved. <br />jAfter further discussion, Chairman <br />~IPereira entered a resolution ap- <br />,,proving this appeal subject to the <br />',five conditions listed in Mr. Hadley' <br />Metter of January 15, 1974 with the <br />laddition of (6) that no cars are <br />', to be parked on the street; (7) that <br />'no signs shall be allowed other than <br />an address and name sign (not the <br />business name) appropriate for an <br />R-1 District; and (8) that the appli- <br />'.cant shall comply with the require- <br />ments of the latest edition of the <br />Uniform Fire Code. <br />\\\ <br />~~\\\ <br />»»~~ <br />~7-- <br />
