CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Plaruni~q Commission <br />MINU~'E$ ~QF REGU~_AR MEETIMC~, <br />pptp 2 February 13, 1974 <br />Time 8:os P.M. <br />PIGC9~ Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The City Attorney read from the Code <br />the purposes of an Agricultural Zone. <br />He also indicated that if the appli- <br />cant purchases the property, the <br />question of subdividing the parcel <br />would become a separate question. <br />Commissioner Wood felt that this type <br />of use would be fitting as the appli- <br />cant will not be selling milled wood, <br />which would be more of a commercial <br />operation. <br />hThe applicant confirmed that he will <br />,just be selling cut up logs. <br />A resolution was entered and approve <br />stating that the Commission consider <br />:the sale of unmilled lumber a con- <br />ditional use in an Agriculural zone. <br />Chairman Pereira indicated his ap- <br />proval that the sale of fire wood <br />as a conditional use would be ap- <br />propriate in the A zone, he did not <br />feel that it is appropriate for this <br />specific property. <br />The applicant was informed that he <br />(must now come before the Commission <br />;with an application for a Conditional <br />'Use Permit, which will be considered <br />Ion its own merits. <br />APPEAL 'Randy Hadley - appeal from the de- <br />AP-74-1, Approved ~cision of the Zoning Administrator <br />Res.
