The City Atto rney presented this report. He stated that a request has been received from Bedford and Associates to waive the parcel map requirement, which is very similar to the situation with C and H Dev- elopment Company, whose request was granted by the Commision October 10, 1973. Mr. William Hirst, representing Bedford and Associates, was present and stated that this situation is almost identical to that of C and H in that the applicant runs the risk of losing a substantial portion of his sewer capacity allocation throug V.C.S.D. if he is required to effect a further division of that land. Th only way this can be avoided is by waiving the parcel map requirement. A resolution was entered that the Planning Commission approve the waiver of parcel map requirement for this property with the finding that the proposed land division complies with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, including but not limite to those provisions related to area, improvement and design, flood end drainage control, appropriate im- proved public roads, sanitary dispos facilities, water supply availabilit environmental protection and other applicable provisions of the State Subdivision Map Act.
