CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Plarnning Commissiop <br />MINt~T~$ 'QF REGU~_AR M~ETINQ. <br />Date = March 13, 1974 <br />Time ~ s:os P.M. <br />PIGCOj Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Gale provided some background on <br />the DeVor operation and indicated tha <br />he would prefer that the administra- <br />tive segment not be considered condi- <br />tionally, since it is more subject <br />to attadk at a later date. <br />Some further explanation was provided <br />to the Commissioners by Secretary <br />Harris. <br />A motion was offered by Commissioner ~ <br />Carrigan that administrative office <br />space that is related to the off-site <br />use primarily related and ancillary <br />to an agricultural use in the A Zone <br />is an allowable and permitted use. <br />There was no second, and the motion <br />was withdrawn. <br />ome further discussion ensued, and <br />he following motion was then entered <br />nd adopted: <br />"Administrative offices for on-site <br />and off-site agricultural activities <br />(where these administrative activitie <br />are clearly ancillary to the agri- <br />~ultural pursuits taking place on <br />the site), be allowable and permitted <br />in the A (Agricultural) zone." <br />At the end of the proceedings, Mr. <br />Gale wished to state for the record, <br />and introduced the letter dated <br />February 27, 1974, from his office <br />to the City giving the intent of the <br />DeVor-Busch principals of the type of <br />operation to be conducted.
