Mr. <br />I`Scheidig explained. It was the Chairman's <br />(position that this use could be better <br />jlocated in a P District. He also cited the; <br />',.'high traffic count on St. Mary Street. <br />After all comments had been made, a reso- <br />lution recommending denial of this applica- <br />tion was entered and adopted. <br />Chairman Pereira advised representatives fro <br />Valley Christian Center that they had 15 <br />days from April 10, 1974, to appeal this <br />decision to the City Council if they wished. <br />j', John and William Busch - request for a n Res: <br />amendment to the General Plan of the City of Sec: <br />Pleasanton for that 25.4 acres of land Ayes: <br />,located immediately south of Mohr Avenue and Noes: <br />least of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks Absent: <br />~ Pleasanton.
