John Bowling, Director of Housing and <br />Community Development, told the Commission <br />,that he had talked with the applicants and <br />there were several changes in the conditions: <br />~I~~1-change "exactly" to "substantially" since <br />applicants intend to upgrade the site plan. <br />I`I#22-applicant would like to combine two par- <br />1cels; 1-2 and 2. He added that th <br />staff has been very helpful to them. <br />i <br />Chairman Pereira asked him what his inter- <br />~pretation of "reasonably" temporary building <br />is. He replied two years. Some discussion <br />ensued on the length of the permit to be <br />granted. Mr. Brewster requested a permit for <br />two years.
