Secretary <br />rris stated that this new design was far <br />re attractive and acceptable to the City. <br />r. Jack Deligans, representing the Church, <br />as present. He had questions on several of <br />ithe conditions - ~t2, he requested that they <br />e allowed to remove more than the one tree <br />~~ tipulated in the condition. The Chairman <br />dvised Mr. Deligans to confer with City staf <br />I n this. Clarifications of 4~6, ~~10 and ~~16 <br />~ ere made for him. He was advised to confer <br />I ith the Police Chief regarding ~~16 calling <br />~~for low-level lighting. <br />Considerable discussion centered on Condition <br />VAS, calling for construction of street improv <br />Invents across the southern driveway of the <br />';First Street frontage of the church site in <br />E~onjunction with development of this new <br />'15unday School/youth facility. Mr. Deligans <br />asked that"they be allowed at this time to <br />+go only 45 feet up to the southern driveway. <br />(.Director of Engineering Services Don Sooby <br />'felt it would be workable, but that the curb <br />and gutter may be a foot above the driveway <br />'t that point.
