It was settled that some com- promise be worked out for the time being. IOn Conditions ~~3 and #4, pertaining to dedi- cation of frontage property for street improvements,.:Mr. Deligans requested that the requirements be waived. Mr. Deligans asked for an open-end document from the City Attorney. On Condition #3, the City is ask- ing for about four feet for street widening. Mr. Deligans stated that if this was the extent of it, he could go along with the dedication. .City Attorney Ken Scheidig suggested that th ,Commission make the finding that the use would, possibly in the future, generate more ;traffic and require dedication of an un- determined number of feet. It was agreed th 'Mr. Sooby would compute the required number of feet, and this figure would be inserted ';,into Condition #3 as noted on Exhibit C.
