M. <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Place; <br />I-P would be preferable to I-G. <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-74-4, Approved, <br />Res. 1295 <br />The City Attorney clarified that all <br />rezoning applications would still <br />have to be found consistent with the <br />General Plan. <br />Accordingly, a resolution was entered <br />by Commissioner Garrigan, finding <br />that the parcel in question be re- <br />commended for rezoning from A to I-P <br />and that it be found to be consistent <br />with the General Plan. This resolu- <br />tion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Pons and unanimously carried. <br />John and William Busch/DeVor Nurser- <br />ies, Inc. application to prezone <br />from A (Agricultural as defined by <br />the zoning code of the County of <br />Alameda) to A (Agricultural as defin <br />by the ordinance code of the City of <br />Pleasanton), 25.4 acres of land <br />located immediately south of Mohr <br />Avenue and immediately east of the <br />S.P.R.R. tracks. <br />Secretary Harris had no comments. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. Mr. <br />Bill Gale, representing the appli- <br />cants, was present and concurred <br />with the findings noted in the staff <br />report.
