The yes vote was three <br />to two in favor of, with Commissione <br />McLain and Wood recording the oppos- <br />ing votes. <br />Patrick Gill - application to rezone <br />from the A (Agricultural) to the <br />I-P (Industrial Park) or I-G (Genera <br />Industrial) District approximately <br />11.1 acres of land located immediate <br />ly east of the S.P.R.R. tracks and <br />approximately 680 ft. northwest of <br />the intersection of Oakland Avenue <br />and Mohr Avenue. <br />Secretary Harris had nothing to <br />add to the staff report. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Present to speak for this applica- <br />tion was Mr. Art Hilliker, who <br />expressed concurrence with the <br />staff report. <br />No one else spoke, and the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A member of the Industrial Committee, <br />William H. Gale, was in the audience <br />and Commissioner Garrigan asked him <br />what the depth of the property was. <br />Mr. Gale replied that it was always <br />anticipated that the property would <br />be industrially developed and that <br />it was anticipated the road would go I <br />in to separate the use from the <br />residential use adjacent.
