Further explanation
was given as far as the conditionally
permitted uses in the C-S District.
The Public Hearing was opened.
Mr. Frank de Leon Perez, 19100 Crest
Avenue, Castro Valley, and owner of
the mobilehome park at 4202 Stanley
Boulevard, spoke requesting clari-
fication of what this rezoning would
do to his trailer park. Right now,
the use is conforming, and any change
in the zoning would have bearing on
its position.
The Commissioners had questions re-
garding how this zone change would
affect some of the existing uses -
the car wash on Vervais Street was
brought up - and it was felt that
further review should be given this
application.
motion was then entered by Chair-
an Pereira, seconded by Commissioner
arrigan, and carried, to leave open
he public hearing on this applica-
ion for further review by staff of
he different uses which might be
llowed.
GENERAL PLAN alph P.
