No. 1300 <br />Commissioner McLain commented on Con- <br />dition 5 requiring that the permit be <br />reviewed by the Planning Department <br />within one year of the date of approv <br />He felt this could be done with the <br />understanding that if there are no <br />complaints in the year, it would be <br />automatically reapproved, otherwise, <br />letters should be sent out and the <br />applicant required to go before the <br />Commission in a public hearing. <br />It was the consensus of feeling among <br />the Commissioners that because of <br />many factors, the applicant or his/ <br />her representative should be at the <br />hearing. <br />Accordingly, this item was continued <br />to the next meeting and the applicant <br />advised to be present at the hearing. <br />Mr. Bowling, Director of Housing and <br />Community Development, did not feel <br />the applicant needed to be present. <br />L. Michael Lyon - appeal to the de- <br />cision of the Zoning Administrator <br />denying the application of Michael <br />Lyon to conduct the telephone/book- <br />keeping phase of an interior decora- <br />ting business from his residence at <br />2515 Willowren Way, in a single-famil; <br />district. <br />The Chairman described for the other <br />Commissioners' information the mater- <br />ial submitted with this appeal. <br />Resolution <br />Seconded <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain <br />-5 - <br />
