He thanked the <br />'Commission for their consideration <br />''abut would still prefer to see the <br />area remain Commercial Freeway . <br />The Public Hearing on the rezoning <br />of the area was continued pending <br />accomplishment of the ordinance <br />amendment. <br />Planning Commission adopted a resolu- <br />tion to hold a public hearing. for an <br />ordinance amendment to conditionally <br />allow trailer parks in the C-S Dis- <br />trict. <br />Chairman Pereira instructed staff to <br />re-notify property owners at the time <br />that the rezoning of the area (RZ-74- <br />goes before the Commission again. <br />Laverne Perry - application for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the <br />establishment of a babysitting ser- <br />vice for two children in addition to <br />those residing at the residence lo- <br />cated at 6074 Allbrook Circle, <br />Pleasanton; zoning for the property <br />is R-1-6500. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Resolution <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />-4- <br />
