The <br />EIR is purely an informational docu- <br />ment . <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-74-6, Continued <br />Chairman Pereira explained that the <br />drainage problems would have to be <br />resolved at the time of filing of the <br />tentative map. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Tom Lowe was present to speak for <br />this application, Also present was <br />IlFloyd P, Naugle, M,D. <br />There being no further discussion, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />of this rezoning request was entered <br />and adopted. <br />Application to rezone from C-F (Com- <br />mercial Freeway) to C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District trat property <br />bounded by Stanley Blvd., on the <br />north, the eastern City Limit line <br />on the east, the Arroyo del Valle <br />on the south and Main Street on the <br />west. <br />This ordinance amendment from the C-F <br />to the C-S is a continued hearing. <br />Chairman Pereira gave background on <br />this application. <br />Discussion centered on the existing <br />mobile home park on Stanley Boulevard <br />which would become nonconforming <br />should this area be rezoned. The <br />Commission did not feel the existing <br />uses should be hurt by this change. <br />-3_ <br />
