The extension <br />!,will go south of the existing Cedar- <br />jwood Medical Complex. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Bill Gale, Attorney, representing, <br />~!~the applicant clarified the dimensions <br />',of the property, concurring with the <br />,findings noted in the staff report. <br />The Commission members had no ques- <br />tions concerning this application, <br />and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />was entered and adopted. <br />Naugle, Pritchett and Lowe - applica- <br />tion to rezone approximately 10 acres <br />of land located immediately west of <br />Foothill Road, approximately 1,000 <br />feet north of Bernal Avenue from A <br />(Agricultural) District to R-1-40 <br />(Single Family) District. <br />Some discussion occurred between the <br />Commissioners and Secretary Harris <br />regarding the question of the envi- <br />ronmental impact report filed by the <br />applicants and the response from Z®ne <br />7 pertaining to the watershed above <br />the property in question and the <br />drainage involved. Secretary Harris <br />felt that the difference was a minor <br />one and could be resolved between the <br />parties involved. In the revised <br />EIR, the proponent has indicated that <br />the 40 acres drain onto the adjacent <br />property.
