4y$~g""~~~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~.~o <br />~- ~ Planning Commission <br />.o <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : August 14, 1974 <br />Time : 8:13 P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />owned by the Catholic Church and <br />some damage has occurred to her pro- <br />perty by a few trees on the Church <br />property, which the Church should <br />have removed. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Richard Babington, Executive <br />Director and Mr. Jack Dormer, Chair- <br />man of the Board of Managers, were <br />present. <br />Mr. Babington indicated that he had <br />received a call from Secretary <br />Harris inquiring as to whether he <br />had any problems with the conditions <br />for approval. Mr. Babington indi- <br />cated he agreed with the staff repor . <br />Regarding the tree problem, he will <br />take care of the situation to the <br />best of his ability. The other item <br />he wished to discuss was the questio <br />of teen activities. There may be <br />an occasional time when there will b <br />a gathering of teens for a pre- <br />activity training or leadership <br />training session. However, this <br />would be under a much more con- <br />trolled environment, as this is a <br />structured group. <br />The Chairman did advise Mr. Babing- <br />ton, that he should take care of the <br />conditions of approval as soon as <br />possible and that the maintenance of <br />the premises would have to be kept <br />up . <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Mr. Bowling then advised all present <br />that the City, for the extension of <br />Peters Avenue, will be purchasing <br />the property sometime this coming <br />fiscal year. <br />-4- <br />
