q~$~s""~~y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ ~,~ • <br />~~° Planning Commission <br />YYfO <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data September 11, 1974 <br />Time : 8 : 09 P .M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />land and Commissioner McLain ex- <br />pressed the feeling that the pro- <br />posal is in keeping with the <br />Pleasanton heritage. <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-74-16, Appro~ <br />Res. 1315 <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />was entered and adopted, subject <br />to the conditions noted in the <br />staff report. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lasiter - appli- <br />cation to allow the keeping of <br />,,rabbits on a residential lot located <br />at 6538 Mason Court; zoning for the <br />subject property is R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family Residential) District. <br />Secretary Harris briefly described <br />the report. The property is rather <br />large for a R-1-6500, and as noted <br />in the staff report, recommended <br />approval. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Lasiter was present and stated <br />that his children are in 4-H. He <br />then referred to the conditions in <br />the staff report, that no more <br />than 23 rabbits be kept on the site <br />at any one time, asked that an <br />additional rabbit which his daughte <br />brought home from school in June <br />be allowed to remain. Also, he <br />wished to know whether he needed to <br />pay the fee each year on renewal of <br />the permit. <br />The Chairman offered two conditions <br />to be added - the Health Department <br />recommended a yearly renewal period, <br />subject to revocation at any time <br />if compliance to public health <br />Resolution <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />-5- <br />
