He expressed no con- <br />cerns about the proposal, and recom- <br />mended approval subject to certain <br />conditions spelled out in the report. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Valdez was present to answer <br />questions. <br />Commissioner Wood clarified from <br />the applicant that there would be <br />no proliferation of barns for <br />keeping of horses. Mr. Valdez did <br />indicate that the existing barn <br />would be used for a tack room. <br />The Chairman felt this would be an <br />appropriate use for that parcel of <br />
