Application of the Planning Com- mission to amend Article 16 (Off- Street Parking Facilities), Chapter 2, Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to parking requirements in Local Improvement Districts. The City Attorney explained that the purpose of this ordinance amendment is to allow the City to proceed with the Parking District which Council had set for public hearing on November 25, 1974. The Public Hearing was opened. No one spoke, and the Public Hearing was closed. A resolution recommending adoption of an amendment to Article 16 relating to parking requirements for L,I.D., was entered and adopted. Determination that a refuse transfer station is substantially the same as a sanitary landfill.
