4y~,~-8A1Vj~y <br />~~o <br />~_ o <br />+w so <br />MINUTES <br />Date <br />Time <br />Place: <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Plonning Commission <br />~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />October 15, <br />8:14 P.M. <br />Pleasanton <br />1974 <br />Justice Court <br />gave a date of June 1, 1975 for com- <br />pletion of the model home complex. <br />Other pertinent factors are that the <br />model home complex average lot size <br />is 6,800 feet. These lots are types <br />cal cul-de-sac lots, and of course, <br />larger than the average interior lot. <br />These latter average 6,700 sq. ft. <br />Next, Mr. Jim Bowe, President of <br />Del Prado Homeowners Association <br />spoke, representing generally all <br />the residents in that area. He had <br />questions concerning price of homes <br />($45,000-$65,000). <br />Mr. Riding, in answer to Mr. Bowe's <br />question of the currently unsold <br />35-40 homes in the Mackay develop- <br />ment, said that Ponderosa Homes <br />would do everything they could to <br />get these homes sold also. Some <br />discussion ensued between Mr. Bowe <br />and the Commission on the currently <br />unimproved lots sitting among the <br />improved lots, especially the two <br />which front onto Hopyard Road, which <br />do not belong to Ponderosa Homes. <br />Mr. Bowe ended his remarks by re- <br />questing that the Commission do <br />whatever they could within their <br />jurisdiction to help alleviate pro- <br />blems confronting existing home- <br />owners within a subdivision that is <br />not completed. <br />e Public Hearing was closed. <br />iscussion ensued among the Com- <br />issioners and staff regarding the <br />etter of credit, its length of time. <br />lso, the conditions of approval <br />ere discussed and additions made, <br />11 to insure that the City would <br />of find itself in a difficult <br />-4- <br />
