4~$~8A"~°y CITY o~` PLEASANTON <br />~ '~~ • <br />~~:a• Planning Commission <br />.o <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DOtB : November 13, 1974 <br />Time : 8:22 P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />A resolution was then offered by <br />Commissioner Butler, seconded by <br />Commissioner Doherty and unanimously <br />carried, approving this amendment <br />as petitioned by the applicant <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP- - 1, Approved <br />Res. 1322 <br />MBank of America - application for a <br />~iconditional use permit to allow the <br />construction of an interim bank <br />building on property located on the <br />south side of West Las Positas Boule- <br />vard, approximately 170 feet west of <br />I~Hopyard Road; zoning for the property <br />being C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) <br />District. <br />',The Public Hearing was opened. <br />'Mr. Jack Bras , representing the <br />'applicant , was present . <br />He had read the staff report and <br />concurred with it save for one <br />change - he requested that Commission <br />allow applicant five-years on this <br />conditional use, beginning with date <br />of occupancy, rather than date of <br />approval, as noted in the staff <br />report . <br />Snapshots were passed out by Secre- <br />tary Harris of other similar <br />structures, which Bank of America <br />has utilized in other cities. <br />Mr. John Robertson representing <br />Continental Service Co./Bank of <br />America, spoke about the time <br />limit to be imposed by the condi- <br />tional use permit.
