Mr. Robertson replied that <br />historically, that does not happen, <br />that concentration of customers tends <br />toward the central core area. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />of this conditional use permit <br />subject to conditions noted in the <br />staff report, with the change that <br />the five-year permit begin from date <br />of occupancy, instead of date of <br />approval, was un animously entered <br />and adopted. <br />Application for an amendment of the Resolution <br />Pleasanton General Plan from Limited Seconded: <br />Industrial, General Industrial, Ayes: <br />Highway Commercial, Service Commer- Noes, <br />cial, Professional and Administrative Absent: <br />Offices, and Parks and Recreation, - Abstain: <br />to Limited Industrial, General In- <br />dustrial, Highway Commercial, and <br />Professional and Administrative <br />Offices, for that approximately 356 <br />acres of land located between <br />Hopyard Road and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad tracks beginning <br />-10- <br />
