,,`"°° CITY of PLEASANTON
Planning Commission
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING.
DCte : November 13, 1974
Time : 8:22 P.M.
PIOCe: Pleasanton Justice Court
adjoining property owners and that
the only notice was given to the
applicant. Since they felt that
this application greatly affected
Mr. Martin's property, they asked
that a continuance be granted to
allow further time for the matter to
be studied.
Mr. Harris explained that when the
City reviews a general plan amend-
ment, notices to adjoining property
owners are not sent, but only when
the land is under rezoning consi-
deration.
The Public Hearing was opened.
Mr. Bill Hirst, 147 Bernal Avenue,
representing Pleasanton Garbage
Service, was present. He stated for the record that
the applicant concurs with the staff
report and requested favorable action
on the recommendation of staff.
Mr. Ralph A. Martin, 2751 Crellin
Road, indicated that this property
is adjacent to his father's property
He discussed Mr. Hirst's comments
regarding this amendment being a
technical general "rezoning," but
that it would have a bearing on any
annexation. He requested a contin-
uance so that they could study it
more fully. He indicated that his
property is in compliance with
-2-
